Leadership
What do we think about leadership?
“In essentials, unity; in nonessentials, liberty; in all things, charity.” (Rupertus Meldenius).
Compromise and learning from one another is necessary and expected. When we lead gatherings or events, we will make space for one another and work to model collaboration. We value mature, cooperative and collaborative leadership that reflects the diversity of our community.
Leadership is responsible for facilitating a collaborative experience, but we are under no delusions that those leading are anything but human... and welcome all who participate to extend the grace and understanding you desire for yourself to those who volunteer to lead.
